Matthew is a co-founder and COO of PlumCare RWE. He has more than 20 years of  experience as an international business builder and strategist. He has created innovations at the forefront of the personalization of healthcare covering genomics, patient engagement, and market access.

Dr. Billings is a co-founder and the Chairman of PlumCare RWE. He has devoted his life to studying and teaching medicine and genetics, while accelerating the use of a broad range of novel genomic technologies in clinical settings. Over his decades in healthcare, he has established key business partnerships, driving adoption of innovative discoveries and commercial success. His leadership is backed by notable achievements—physician, researcher, founder, senior executive or director of multiple public and private companies, and scientific advisor for government entities.

Professor Dimitris Thanos is a distinguished scientist known for his pioneering work in gene regulation. He discovered the Enhancesome, a crucial complex that controls gene expression, significantly advancing our understanding of genetic mechanisms. Professor Thanos has served as the Scientific Director of the Greek Genome Centre and the Precision Medicine Initiative at the Biomedical Research Foundation in Athens, Greece. His leadership in these roles has been instrumental in advancing genomic research and precision medicine, contributing to both scientific knowledge and healthcare improvements.
